Expectations :

· Follow established safety procedures and techniques

· Painting prep, including sanding, scraping, taping, caulking and puttying

· Use of paint applicators, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes

· Wood treatments, including stain, seal, and varnish

· Drywall, plaster and other repair, including carpentry

· Deck restoration

· Pressure washing of multiple surface types, including wood, aluminum, and vinyl

· Use and maintenance of hand and power tools

Skills and Experience :

· 3 or more years of residential and/or commercial painting experience required

· Demonstrated knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in the painting trade

· Demonstrated knowledge of paints and solvents

· Demonstrated ability to prepare surfaces properly

· Demonstrated ability to apply paint products properly

· Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and techniques

· Ability to climb a ladder and work at an elevated height

· Experience with power washing

· Experience with carpentry

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have US citizenship or alien residency

· Conversational Spanish

· Must pass drug test and background check
