OConnell Robertson is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to join the Architectural Team in Austin or San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate must thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively with our firms integrated architects, engineers and interior designers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT O'CONNELL ROBERTSON .
- Support project teams to identify and resolve issues related to modeling, documentation, and management of the project
- Expand detail library under guidance of Quality Assurance team
- Support office standards
- Conduct periodic review of project models to ensure optimization of BIM system and utilization
- Conduct/Support IT staff in latest software updates
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR ROLE
Were looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, youll need
- Autodesk Revit 3 years experience
- AutoCAD - 3 years experience
- BIM Collaborate Pro experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and other BIM-related tools such as Navisworks, Lumion, and Enscape a plus
- Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities
- Engaging communication style with clients, teams and consultants
