The Opportunity
As Vice President of Branches & Business Development, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading the strategy, performance, and culture of our member-facing ecosystem, including:
- Branch Network
- Corporate & Business Development
- Community Education & Outreach
- Operations Support & Analytics

What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise-wide strategy for our physical member delivery channels, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and an exceptional end-to-end member experience
- Member growth, retention, and satisfaction, serving as the internal Voice of the Member
- P&L ownership, multi-year strategic planning, financial forecasting, and sustainable growth initiatives
- Innovation and digital integration, partnering cross-functionally to enhance omnichannel experiences
- High-performing leaders and teams, through coaching, development, and a people-first approach
- Community and business partnerships, including Affinity/Select Employer Group (SEG) relationships and outreach initiatives
- Data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, insights, and market intelligence to guide strategy

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of sales and/or member service experience within a financial institution
- 5 years of formal leadership experience with multi-team oversight
- Proven success building customer, community, and business relationships
- Strong working knowledge of credit union regulations and member service operations
- Exceptional communication, influence, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline and sound business judgment
- Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- NMLS License and active Notary preferred

Compensation: Final offers are based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The anticipated range for this role is $190,170.00 - $253,560.00 annually.
