Inside Sales Representative:
Our Peoria facility is seeking a highly motivated and professional inside sales representative to promote our products and capabilities. The responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing day-to-day transactions for assigned accounts via phone or email
- Responding to customer quotes in a timely manner
- Following up on previously quoted business
- Entering new customer orders
- Negotiating with customers on pricing, due date, and other commitments
- Coordinate sales plan with outside sales representatives and management
- Developing a good understanding of our customers and their products/needs
- Monitoring in-process orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Prospecting new business
- Preparing sales reports for management and customers
- Developing strong relationships with assigned accounts
Position Requirements:
- 2 years of sales or sales management experience
- Manufacturing or steel related experience preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong conversational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
