🛠️ What You'll Do:
🚗 Vehicle Support
- Clean and prep customer vehicles (interior & exterior)
- Top off fluids, fill tires, refuel tanks, and charge batteries
- Move vehicles between service bays, parking lots, and showroom
- Accurately track and update vehicle records
🧹 Service Area Upkeep
- Keep the service drive, stalls, and parking areas clean and organized
- Maintain an efficient flow of traffic within the department
- Restock cleaning supplies and shop tools as needed
🙋 Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Escort customers to and from their vehicles
- Answer basic questions and direct customers to the right department
💪 Team Support
- Assist technicians with tasks as needed
- Help with setup and takedown of dealership events
- Follow directions from Service Advisors and Guest Services team members
✅ Who You Are:
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive tickets)
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or previous automotive/service experience is a plus
- Dependable, hardworking, and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
- Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to lift up to 50 lbs
