The Details
- Location: Lacey, WA
- Pay Range: The range for this position is $24.87-$37.31 per hour with a target range of $24.87-$31.09 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

- Build relationships using a needs-based, inquisitive approach.
- Open consumer accounts and complete financial transactions accurately.
- Engage members in conversations about consumer lending products (personal loans, auto loans, credit cards).
- Take loan applications, support the loan process, and complete loan signings.
- Partner with internal teams to support member success.
- Assist with account research, issue resolution, and life-event support with empathy and professionalism.
- Support delinquent account resolution efforts with professionalism, empathy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
- At least one year of experience as an MSR I/MSR II is preferred.
- Previous experience with Symitar and LoansPQ is preferred.
- Experience supporting members in a digital or virtual environment is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make thoughtful product recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
- Willing to obtain a notary license within 6 months.
Salary : $25 - $37
