The Details
- Location: Administrative Building, Lacey, WA
- Pay Range: The range for an Contact Center Representative I is $19.35 to $29.03 per hour with a target range of $19.35-$24.19 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. The range for an Contact Center Representative II is $22.12 to $33.18 per hour with a target range of $22.12-$27.65 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Spanish speakers can earn a monthly $250 incentive.

- Take member calls and assist with account requests.
- Provide transactional and general troubleshooting assistance.
- Assist with online banking concerns, issues, and questions.
- Educate members on products and services.
- Help members gain financial confidence and build trusting relationships.
- Report to work on time and follow the O Bee Credit Union guidelines for attendance.
- Provide prompt, quality assistance and support service level goals for the department.
- Stay current with operational changes and all required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
- Must have at least one year of cash handling experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer software products.
