DescriptionImplement and administer polices and procedures of the company as it relates to the employees. Key Responsibilities1. Provides support in functional areas of a HR dept., which include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, management, benefits administration, organization development and training.2. Accident investigation, implementation, and administration for all employees.3. Recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employees.4. Process hourly and salary new hires and terminations.5. Maintain personnel records on all employees.6. File required MESC paperwork.7. Coordinated necessary training.8. Process all applicable forms for workers comp.9. Benefit investigation, implementation, and administration for all employees.10. Coordinate company sponsored events including Christmas party, cook outs, and picnics.11. Using concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR dept under HR Manager supervision.12.
