- Provide technicians with all necessary job details and updates
- Manage job flow by dispatching one call at a time and debriefing each call before assigning the next
- Track and update technician statuses (dispatch, arrival, completion) in the system
- Verify timecards and maintain accurate records
- Maintain and update dispatch/tally reports
- Communicate with customers prior to dispatch to confirm availability and payment method
- Input leads into the system and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Organize and manage the on-call schedule
- Provide weekly reports and insights to Service and Sales Managers
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate technician performance and strengths
- Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think quickly
- Proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office, dispatch software preferred)
