Position Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and service technicians. Your role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive timely, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive client phone requests and service calls
- Enter and set up service calls in the company computer system
- Transfer calls and dispatch work orders to appropriate technicians
- Maintain and manage Service Technicians' daily schedules
- Provide clear and concise communication with technicians and clients
- Communicate with customers regarding updates and schedule changes
- Assist with issuing invoices (computer/app-assisted invoicing system)
- Provide daily reports to the management team
- Support general office maintenance and organization
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computer systems and apps
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Prior dispatching or office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Stable, full-time position (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM schedule)
