Salary
Licensed: $68,000 – 75,000
Commission Based
Licensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000
Employees in these positions are W2. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.

- Provide high-quality individual therapy
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
