The Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Maintaining records and files.
- Answering telephones and appropriately responding to or referring inquiries made by employees, vendors, and customers.
- Responsible for record keeping for the Adopt-A-Highway program.
- Entering Travel Vouchers for employees within the County.
- Provide assistance to the Transportation Office Assistant 2 in the administration of the Residency program which may include Personnel, Purchasing, and Training activities, such as:
- Hiring and promoting employees, and employee orientations, Assisting with ordering supplies, purchase orders, and vouchers,
- Reviewing employee's time in LATS ensuring flex time, overtime, recalls, meal allowance and leave times are all correct; then sending approved MMS records to the Time and Attendance system.
