Nyman Associates is seeking a Clinical Manager, Educational Services (School-Age) to provide leadership, supervision, and support to school-based clinicians. This role partners with the Senior Director of Educational Services to ensure high-quality service delivery, support clinician development, and advance educational initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to school-based clinicians.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Educational Services to oversee service quality and program initiatives.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings, performance discussions, and annual evaluations.
- Support clinician recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
- Monitor documentation, caseloads, and service delivery to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze program data and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Design and facilitate professional development, workshops, and clinical resources.
- Serve as a liaison among clinicians, school personnel, families, and internal leadership teams.
- Conduct school visits and observations to support clinician performance and student outcomes.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, School Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current professional licensure/certification, as applicable.
- Experience working in educational or school-based settings.
- Previous leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience developing training programs or professional development initiatives.
