Overall Purpose of Job: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Early Intervention program, including data entry, caseload management, and compliance monitoring activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry in both state and local data platforms
- Supporting caseload assignment and ongoing caseload management requirements
- Maintaining compliance spreadsheets
- Compiling data and documents needed for compliance monitoring requirements
- Maintaining physical and electronic child files and records
- Assigning staff logins in a variety of state and local data platforms
- Support Directors in maintaining exceptional relationships with our early intervention direct care staff and Partners through proactive and positive interactions and solution-focused problem-solving
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Minimum requirements):
- Three years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience working in education/early intervention environment is highly desired
- Experience with state-wide early intervention systems, such as HCSIS and Provider Registry, is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a variety of data management systems and platforms
- Strong technical and computer skills, including experience using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize and maintain large amounts of information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple daily, weekly, and monthly projects and tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Solution-focused and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, including consistently adhering to work schedule
