Responsibilities
- Perform collision and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
- Analyze damage reports and repair plans to determine repair requirements
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with estimators, management, and team members throughout the repair process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Complete repairs within established production timelines
Qualifications
- Previous collision repair/body technician experience required
- I-CAR certification preferred but not required
- Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Experience with frame measuring and straightening equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
