Inside Sales Rep

Nylatech, a fast-paced, flexible and responsive manufacturing company is seeking a motivated individual to join our Inside Sales Team.

Candidates well suited for this position will possess the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and a mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical concepts. Candidates should also have an aptitude for math and be familiar with Microsoft Office with good typing skills.

The Inside Sales position includes the following responsibilities;

• Provide price quotations, order acknowledgements, order updates as well as product information to customers in assigned geographic area.
• Using effective and professional skills to provide product service to our existing clients, as well as developing new sales and sales leads.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Support the organization in serving customers and developing new business.
• The position includes answering calls, responding to emails, providing price and delivery information, order entry, and various administrative tasks.
• The ability to effectively and positively resolve problems with a high degree of integrity and respect is essential.
