Job Description
Develops SharePoint-based enterprise solutions to modernize, streamline, and scale resources for workforce development. Creates visually appealing web-based products and applies change management best practices to increase adoption among end-user groups. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance.
The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills
Experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture to build out-of-the-box solutions- Experience with MS SharePoint Online (preference to DoD-365), including SharePoint sites, subsites, libraries, and lists
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate
- Extensive experience building Microsoft PowerApps
- Experience creating verbal, written, and visual communication/training products, including websites and presentations, in alignment with DoD style expectations
- Knowledge of change management strategies for effective digital transformation and user adoption
- Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user needs into requirements and actionable recommendations/solutions
Education:
- 3-10 years of directly related experience and M.A./M.S.
Desired Skills
Experience working in a military environment or with military personnel- Experience applying UX/UI and human-centered design strategies to enhance user experience
- Experience with graphic design, including proficiency with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
- Possession of strong organizational skills and attention to detail for high-visibility deliverables
