Job Description
Applies expert understanding of user experience/user interface (UX/UI) research and design, change management, and digital transformation to support adoption of analytical decision-support tools. Leverages UX/UI and human-centered design strategies to assess stakeholder needs, build engagement strategies, and support technical development teams in designing products with end-users in mind.
The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills
Experience facilitating user research (e.g., usability testing, personas) and translating findings into audience-specific recommendations- Experience using change management strategies to drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation
- Experience using tools like Mural or Figma to facilitate stakeholder collaboration and create wireframes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions
- Ability to provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectations
Education:
- 3-10 years of directly related experience and M.A./M.S.
Desired Skills
Experience working in a military environment or with military personnel- Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and whitepapers
- Experience supporting enterprise dashboard user adoption efforts
- Experience creating trainings and resource repositories to support workforce development and digital transformation efforts
- Relevant certifications in change management, agile methodologies, instructional design, or organizational transformation
