ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
The Data Scientist will devise strategies for extracting meaning and value from large datasets. Make and communicate principled conclusions from data using elements of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and application specific knowledge. Through analytic modeling, statistical analysis, programming, and/or another appropriate scientific method, develop and implement qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets in various states of organization, cleanliness, and structure. Translate practical mission needs and analytic questions related to large datasets into technical requirements and, conversely, assist others with drawing appropriate conclusions from the analysis of such data. Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Make informed recommendations regarding competing technical solutions by maintaining awareness of the constantly-shifting collection, processing, storage and analytic capabilities and limitations.
The annual base salary range for this role is $191,000-$226,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Need an established AI expert with demonstrable experince designing and implementing sophisticated AI/ML and data science solutions across various domains within the customer enviornment. Candidate must be familiar with design and implementation of Agentic AI systems and customized Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilites. Candidate must possess deep knowledge and experienc in AI solutions and an ability to assess, evaluate, and implement the correct ML models for specific purposes and optimized performance. They must have experienc generating, evaluating, training and optimizing Machine Learning models (i.e. LLMs) for us in low-memory, low resourced edge device enviornments.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 17 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
