$55,000 - $80,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances
- Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
- Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty
- Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders

- Insurance license required
- Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
- Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
