Duties
- Lead and manage production teams to meet manufacturing targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Utilize SAP, ERP systems, and MRP tools to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities effectively.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
- Oversee supply chain analytics and management to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory control.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance departments to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve operational issues.
- Develop and execute production planning strategies aligned with business objectives and customer demands.
- Drive process improvements through data analysis, root cause analysis, and best practices in operations management.
- Manage plant operations by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the value stream team.
Skills
- 5 to 10 years of supervisory and leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement techniques, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong business acumen, cost accounting, budgeting, make/buy analysis experience
- Expertise in supply chain analytics, operations management, plant management, and quality control.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills as well as exceptional communication, presentation and listening skills with an ability coach and be a role model

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
