Position: Mechanical Assembler
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $21.50/hour
What You'll Do:
- Assemble mechanical products using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use measuring equipment, specialized tooling, and fixtures
- Perform quality inspections and follow quality assurance standards
- Identify and communicate quality issues or non-conformances
- Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred
✔ Experience reading drawings and blueprints
✔ Comfortable using hand-held power tools, manufacturing equipment, and test equipment
✔ Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to frequently stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
✔ Must be a U.S. Person
