CNC Machine Maintenance Lead – Direct Hire

Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some flexibility available)
• Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (flexible based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support CNC machine maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment including Mills, Lathes, Swiss machines, and more
• Ensure equipment uptime and support production goals
• Act as a technical resource and leader within the maintenance team

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining CNC equipment
• Experience with Mills, Lathes, Swiss, and similar CNC machinery
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
