- Lead software development projects, providing direction to teams and ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project communication plans.
- Track, manage, and communicate project issues and risks effectively.
- Manage project schedules and resources using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee projects within public sector or government IT environments.
- 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
- 84 months (7 years) of experience managing project execution and control (budgets, schedules, scope, reports, and quality).
- 60 months (5 years) as a lead project manager on software development projects.
- 60 months (5 years) of experience developing and managing communications plans.
- 60 months (5 years) of experience tracking, managing, and communicating issues and risks.
- 48 months (4 years) of experience managing schedules and resources using Microsoft Project.
- 24 months (2 years) of experience managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
- 24 months (2 years) of experience managing public sector government IT projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
