Gustavo Dudamel will become the Philharmonic’s Oscar L. Tang and H.M. Agnes Hsu-Tang Music and Artistic Director beginning at the start of the 2026-2027 season.
About the Role
The New York Philharmonic seeks a highly organized and collaborative Associate Director, Brand Marketing to join its dynamic Marketing team. This role is central to how creative projects come to life from campaign concepts and design through to production and delivery. You’ll partner closely with teams across the Philharmonic to keep projects on track, aligned with our brand, and delivered on time.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will also help support the day-to-day management of the Brand Marketing team, helping to prioritize work, maintain momentum, and ensure a high standard of execution across projects.
You’ll also play an important role in improving how we work streamlining processes, strengthening communication, and helping the team operate more efficiently.
SALARY
$108,000.00 – $129,999.99 per year
