NY Events is a direct marketing and sales company based in Midtown Manhattan. We represent national brands at in-person events and retail locations across New York City, helping customers sign up for home internet, TV, and mobile services.
About the role
We are hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to work directly with customers in person. You will meet customers at events and retail locations, learn what they need, and help them choose and sign up for the right services. No prior sales experience is required. All new representatives complete training before working with customers.
Responsibilities:
Approach and engage customers at events and retail locations
Ask questions to understand each customer's needs
Present service options clearly and accurately
Guide customers through the sign-up process
Track your daily results and work toward personal and team goals
Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality
Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
Goal-oriented and motivated by results
Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching
Able to commute to Midtown Manhattan and work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
Compensation and benefits:
$800–$1,200 per week
Paid training
Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off
