Position Overview
The Digital Lab Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day lab operations while leading the transition into CAD CAM, 3D printing, and digital production workflows. This individual will play a critical role in restructuring processes, optimizing team performance, and implementing systems that support long term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lab operations, workflow, and production timelines
- Lead transition from traditional fabrication methods to digital workflows
- Implement and manage CAD CAM systems and 3D printing technologies
- Evaluate current team structure and support hiring, training, or restructuring as needed
- Establish efficient production protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with ownership on operational strategy and growth planning
- Improve turnaround times, accuracy, and overall lab performance
- Train and guide team members in digital processes and modern techniques
- Ensure consistent communication between lab, doctors, and internal teams

- Extensive experience in dental lab operations
