What You'll Do
As the Property Manager for Riverwell Townhomes, you'll lead daily operations, ensure residents feel supported, and provide an excellent experience to future residents. Your day may include:
- Responding to leads and providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling and conducting tours
- Managing resident files and processing invoices
- Assisting residents with work orders
- Leading and supporting maintenance and leasing teams
- Helping meet occupancy, financial, and operational goals
What You Bring
Required:
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Preferred (we can train the right person):
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Basic sales techniques
- Experience with Entrata
- Understanding of budgets/financials
- 6 months multifamily experience
- 6 months supervisory experience
