We're currently seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our Grandview and Blackridge communities in St. George, Utah running smoothly while providing excellent service to our residents.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, DOE

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained communities for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing repairs and upkeep in resident homes and common areas
- Preparing vacant units for new residents
- Handling routine grounds care and community maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly
- Supporting the community's overall appearance and functionality
What We're Looking For

- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Clear communication in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair is a plus (but not required)
- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is helpful
