Multi-Site Leasing Agent – Property Management

NXT Property Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Leasing Agent to join our growing team in St. George, Utah! If you're customer-focused, motivated, and excited about helping people find a place they can call home, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting leasing and resident relations.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with leasing leads via phone, email, and online platforms
• Answer questions from prospective and current residents
• Schedule and conduct apartment tours
• Assist residents with service requests and work order scheduling
• Prepare, organize, and maintain resident files and documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting a positive community experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to succeed
• Reliable transportation to go between properties
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
• 1 years of multifamily or leasing experience
• 1 years of sales or customer-facing experience

Preferred (Not Required - We'll Train the Right Candidate!)

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Sales experience or familiarity with sales techniques
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software
• Understanding of basic financials and budgets
