Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

Nxt Property Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a premier portfolio in the Davis County area, including Clearfield Station Apartments, Aero Luxury Townhomes, and Angels Landing Townhomes.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our communities are safe, clean, and operating at the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supporting the maintenance team across multiple properties
• Performing daily property walks to ensure curb appeal and safety standards
• Coordinating and completing service requests in occupied units
• Managing unit turns to prepare apartments/townhomes for new residents
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
• Maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Scheduling preventative maintenance and vendor services
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• $30-33/hour (DOE)

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who combines technical expertise with strong communication and team leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in:
  • Plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
  • Appliance repair and unit turns
  • Groundskeeping and property upkeep
• HVAC experience required
• Pool maintenance experience preferred
• 6 months of maintenance experience
• 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience
• Reliable transportation between properties required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
