What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas
- Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs
- Handle light groundskeeping and ensure curb appeal
- Respond to work orders efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- 6 months of property maintenance experience
- 6 months of supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge and skills in:

- Wall/drywall repair
- Grounds maintenance
