NXT Property Management is searching for a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee three of our Downtown Salt Lake City, UT properties- The Lotus, Lotus Barbara Worth, and Lotus City Line. This role requires a proactive leader with a hands-on approach, responsible for overseeing the upkeep of all three buildings, including their amenities, grounds, and shared areas, while managing a dedicated maintenance crew.
A Typical Day Your daily routine will involve actively engaging with your team to maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of our communities. You'll conduct regular property walks, keep the grounds and shared areas clean, and handle light landscaping. Tasks may include addressing maintenance issues in occupied units or preparing vacant apartments to meet high-quality move-in standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for someone with a strong maintenance background and leadership experience. Desired qualifications include:
- Minimum of 6 months in a maintenance role
- Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in:
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Wall and drywall repairs
- Appliance maintenance
- Routine landscaping and upkeep
