Compensation & Schedule

Role Overview
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to maximizing occupancy while providing an outstanding experience for both prospects and current residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing leasing inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
- Tracking leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects to residents
- Scheduling and leading apartment tours
- Clearly explaining lease terms, rental rates, and community features
- Assisting residents with general questions and service-related requests
- Organizing and maintaining resident files and leasing documentation
- Supporting marketing initiatives and overall occupancy goals

Required Qualifications:
- Professional, positive attitude

Preferred (But Not Required - We will train the right person!):
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Sales experience (6 months preferred)
- Apartment or multifamily leasing experience (6 months preferred)
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems
- Basic knowledge of budgeting or financial reports
