Our tight-knit team delivers exceptional results for clients across industries, and we're now looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team and help us continue building on that success.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing/invoicing for cleaning contracts, and general ledger maintenance
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and sub-ledger accounts monthly
• Prepare accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and month-end close processes
• Assist with payroll processing and related journal entries
• Track job costing for labor, supplies, and equipment across client sites
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with sales/use tax filings, and other regulatory requirements
• Work closely with operations managers to improve profitability on service contracts
• Assist with annual audit preparation and year-end tax support
• Identify process improvements to make our growing business run even smoother

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience (experience in service-based industries like commercial cleaning, facilities services, construction, or hospitality is a big plus)
• Strong proficiency in accounting software
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information
