Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enrollment by setting up accounts, selecting plans, and ensuring accuracy with residential energy services.
- Explain energy products clearly, answer inquiries, and guide households toward solutions that fit their needs.
- Record customer interactions in sales systems, track enrollment progress, and capture feedback to support retention.
- Troubleshoot enrollment issues, clarify service features, and escalate complex resolution cases.
- Work with internal teams to align messaging, maintain service standards, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Develop skills through training in enrollment processes, consultative communication, and emerging energy technologies.
Entry Level Sales Associate Qualities/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, marketing, or sustainability preferred.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to build rapport, adapt messaging, and present service options clearly.
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales valued, especially within energy or subscription‑based service environments.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
