We’re seeking a polished, articulate, and dedicated Account Representative to represent our energy clients with professionalism and confidence. The Account Representative role is essential to maintaining our reputation and requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to manage customer inquiries while also supporting sales goals. As an Account Representative, you’ll be expected to provide exceptional service while confidently educating customers and identifying opportunities that meet their needs. Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, engaging in professional, face-to-face interactions with potential customers to field inquiries about energy products.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of green energy services to accurately and confidently answer detailed customer questions.
• Seamlessly transition from service-oriented dialogue to a sales pitch, successfully selling energy products and closing new accounts.
• Diligently record all customer interactions and sales outcomes, ensuring a clear record of service and acquisition efforts.
• Resolve customer concerns and objections with professionalism, wit, and a focus on generating a positive outcome.
• Collaborate with the sales team, providing insights from customer interactions to refine overall marketing strategies.
• Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the high standards of our company and clients.
• Participate in continuous professional development sessions focused on advanced communication and product knowledge.

Account Representative Qualifications:

• A high degree of professional maturity and an articulate communication style.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role requiring problem-solving.
• Previous Account Representative experience is a plus.
