SCHEDULE: 9:00 am-5:00 pm | Temp to Hire | Monday - Friday

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Enterprise experience and a deep understanding of accrual-based accounting. You’ll manage financial transactions, assist with purchasing and inventory tracking, and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions in QuickBooks Enterprise.

·       Manage A/P and A/R functions — including vendor bills, invoices, statements, and collections.

·       Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings.

·       Oversee inventory control and reconciliation, including WIP tracking and physical counts.

·       Support purchasing and bidding processes by comparing vendor costs and maintaining bid records.

·       Ensure financial accuracy by collaborating with management and external accountants.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·       Associate’s degree (AA) or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).

·       3 years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing or wholesale environment.

·       Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (Manufacturing & Wholesale edition).

·       Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and inventory cycles, and FOB shipping terms.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
