Key Responsibilities
- Review and distribute plan sets, track revisions, and maintain organized records.
- Assist with subcontractor management, including scheduling, contracts, insurance, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders, and inspection documentation.
- Maintain project logs and punch lists, ensuring as-builts are accurate and up to date.
- Support creation of O&M manuals and other close-out documentation.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, contracts, and submittals in a well-organized system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and document management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction documents, contracts, and project workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Spectrum and spreadsheet estimating in Excel a plus.
