NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking an Assembly Mechanic/Technician for a Eugene Based company that assembly heavy equipment that serves the mining industry. This is an evaluation to hire opportunity and full-time position with a significant amount of overtime.
What we are seeking:
- 2 years mechanical repair or assembly.
- Experience in assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and some electrical systems.
- The ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Good shop math skills
- Overhead crane experience
- The ability to read BOMs and do quality checks on finished machinery.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a semi-consistent basis.
- Can stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for a 10-hour shift
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Mig welding experience is preferred.
- A can-do attitude and work effectively and efficiently with other team members, the customer, and with the engineering staff.
- A safety-first attitude.
- Great attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.

Location: Eugene, OR.
Shift: Days
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM (Plus OT)
Pay $25/h DOE
