NW Industrial Staffing is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for a state of the art sheet metal fabrication facility here in Eugene.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory of production materials and finished goods.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Experience operating shipping and inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and distributing departmental records, reports, and documentation.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including OSHA compliance, workplace safety, and employee training requirements.
• Strong employee management skills, including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Eugene, OR
• Shift Days
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Pay: $25/h to start
