We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at the Kings Mountain NC Plant, a subsidiary of NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes.
Job Description:
This role involves direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse-style manufacturing facilities. Key responsibilities include working with flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity as top priorities.
Position Details:
- Working hours for 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am
- Pay rate starts at $24.75 and increases based on experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or construction environments is preferred
- Candidates with related technical training or certification may be considered
- Higher starting wages may be available for those with framing, millwork, trim, and other related construction experience and skills
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve productivity goals is required
- Proven reliability demonstrated by an excellent attendance record is essential
- Ability to work in a strong safety-focused environment, both inside and outside as needed
- Physical demands of the position include lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time
- Experience with hand tools, nail and staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure are preferred; on-the-job training will be provided
