Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the collaboration of paperwork between production and sales teams.
- Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team
- Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel
- Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system
Qualifications
- Work effectively and independently in a professional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and database systems
- Demonstrated customer relations skills
- Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Homebuilding or costing experience a plus
