This is a perfect opportunity for a newly licensed AIT! Stadium Place is a 58-bed facility located in Baltimore, MD. We pride ourselves on having a family-like environment and a great staff to care for our residents.
We are currently seeking a full-time LNHA to join our wonderful team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.
Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
All candidates must have:
Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
Current Nursing Home Administrator License in MD
Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
Competent in organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
