What you'll be doing:
- Responsibility to coordinate between all project stakeholders such as marketing, engineering teams, operations, and external silicon partners from initial requirements definition through silicon delivery and production.
- Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Responsibility for developing and implementing HW methodologies and Project management processes and tools.
- Coordinate execution of complex ASIC programs including memory subsystems, high-speed interfaces, and external semiconductor vendors when applicable.
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners such as DRAM vendors, IP providers, and manufacturing partners.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in HW program management in semiconductor, ASIC, or complex hardware development programs.
- Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer and vendor facing roles
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in HW development, silicon design, memory technologies (DRAM, HBM, LPDDR, GDDR) or memory subsystem integration.
- Experience coordinating with external silicon vendors, DRAM suppliers, or semiconductor partners.
- Proven technical leadership.
- Experience in customer facing roles.
