Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

We’re building the future of AI and need someone to help us build it quickly. As a Senior Technical Project Manager at NVIDIA, you will lead complex AI programs from concept to production. You will work with researchers, engineers, and product leaders to ship what matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products and research programs — from kickoff through release.
- Evaluate AI use cases and prototypes for Marketing, delivering sharp, grounded feedback rooted in product sense.
- Partner with engineering and research teams to define scope, surface risks early, and remove blockers fast.
- Partner with marketing operations teams to scope and ship AI-powered workflows across CRM platforms (Marketo, SFMC, AJO) — from intake through activation.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between campaign, engineering, and data teams — keeping AI-powered marketing programs on track through fast-paced launch cycles.
- Automate workflows proactively to increase team efficiency.
- Communicate program status clearly to senior collaborators.
- Identify dependencies across teams and keep cross-functional delivery on track.
- 7 years of experience in technical project management, ideally shipping AI or ML products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks — CRM, CDP, and campaign platforms — with the ability to bridge engineering and marketing teams.
- Hands-on Scrum and Agile delivery experience, including leading sprints end-to-end.
- Deep proficiency with AI products, including a clear understanding of the difference between a demo and a production-ready feature.
- A curious, committed outlook demonstrated through hands-on experimentation with generative AI.
- Strong technical proficiency — enough to earn engineer trust and ask the right questions.
- Experience managing delivery testing, QA, and release processes in fast-paced environments as well as experience navigating global data privacy requirements (PIPL, GDPR, opt-in compliance) in digital marketing contexts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing without formal authority.
- On-site availability and a genuine bias for in-person collaboration.
- Proven experience developing AI workflows adopted by real marketing teams — beyond just prototypes that exist in slide decks.
- PMP, PSM I, or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows, model deployment pipelines, or AI infrastructure.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar.
- Background in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
