  • Mentoring and advising managers on HR practices, performance conversations, and employee relations matters with mentorship from senior HRBPs.
  • Assisting with compensation processes including salary planning inputs, promotions, relocations, and job re-leveling.

  • Helping resolve workplace concerns and supporting leaders through performance management processes, bringing up matters as appropriate.
  • Contributing to HR metrics and analytics reporting; assisting with business unit-specific data requests.
  • Collecting and coordinating turnover data for Hardware Engineering to support development of attrition insights.
  • Taking part in the deployment of NVIDIA global HR programs and initiatives.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in a client-facing or generalist HRBP role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on HR data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Workday or a comparable HRIS.
  • Foundational knowledge in 2 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, or mobility.
  • Experience supporting training program rollouts or group facilitation sessions.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Ability to build trust and positive relationships across all levels and with diverse teams.
  • Analytical approach with a genuine interest in data, process improvement, and continuous learning.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator — both written and verbal.
  • Responsive, attentive, and proactive with follow-through.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
