  • Lead planning and management for executive-related events, including conferences, speaking engagements, media appearances, and high-impact industry moments.
  • Act as the central “air traffic controller” for all executive marketing efforts—ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across teams and initiatives.
  • Develop tailored marketing plans for key external partnerships, organizations, and audiences; meet directly with external collaborators to build and refine these plans.
  • Guide and influence internal campaign managers and cross-functional marketing teams to align their work with broader executive and brand priorities.
  • Establish frameworks for evaluating opportunities, prioritizing engagements, and improving return on investment on executive time and presence.
  • Develop and refine reporting dashboard to measure short and long-term impact across executive engagements.
  • Continuously develop the manner in which executive voices and thought leadership manifest across channels, keeping authenticity intact while broadening impact.

What We Need To See

  • 10 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications, with a strong emphasis on executive visibility, thought leadership, or high-profile brand representation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to operate at a strategic level while also accomplishing tactically in fast paced environments.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives, with the judgment and discretion required to represent and advise at the highest levels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with PR, communications, and campaign marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a cohesive strategy and make clear, confident recommendations.
  • Outstanding collaborator management skills, both internally and externally.
  • A sharp instinct for brand, narrative, and audience—knowing how to translate executive voices into meaningful market impact.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience building or scaling the public presence of executive leaders in organizations where leadership visibility is closely tied to brand perception.
  • A robust network or knowledge of major industry events, media environments, and leading thought platforms.
  • Examples of turning executive engagement into measurable business outcomes (brand growth, pipeline influence, partnerships, etc.).
  • A point of view on how to balance authenticity with strategic amplification for high-visibility leaders.
  • Experience acting as a “hub” role—where multiple teams rely on you for direction, prioritization, and final alignment.
