🚨 We’re Hiring: Warehouse IT Support Specialist – Indianapolis, IN
📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN – On-site
💼 Experience: 5–10 years
- Provide hands-on IT support in a warehouse environment.
- Troubleshoot WMS, RF devices, barcode scanners, handheld devices, industrial PCs and Windows systems.
- Configure and maintain RF devices and support WMS integration.
- Work with MDM tools such as SOTI.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot label and letter printers.
- Support warehouse network connectivity, wireless devices and mobile terminals.
- Perform basic diagnostics on PLC-based automation systems and coordinate with engineers/vendors.
- Install, upgrade and maintain warehouse IT equipment.
- Respond to hardware/software issues and support system outages.
- Manage tickets, document solutions and maintain asset inventory.
- Support warehouse automation projects, rollouts and process improvements.
- 5–10 years of IT support experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network connectivity.
- Experience with WMS, RF devices, barcode scanners and warehouse automation is highly valued.
- Ability to work directly on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to Indianapolis and able to work on-site.
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, kneeling, crawling and reaching.
