Exciting opportunity to join our CSR team at the Governors Avenue Animal Hospital.
The front office duties include but not limited to:
Checking clients in and out
Respond to the clients’ inquiries
Answer heavy phone calls
Scheduling appointments, medication or food refills
Prepare paperwork a day and a week ahead
Making phone calls for the surgery clients and the follow up calls
The applicant Must have ability to multitask and handle difficult clients. Must be able to stay calm in a stressful situation.
